Customer satisfaction is our highest priority and we want you to love the pieces you receive just as much as we love creating them! However, if it doesn't work out for any reason we accept returns and exchanges on unworn and unwashed merchandise within 30 days of receiving your order.

To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at info@miamilive.co and include your order number in the email.

Fit wasn't quite right? Send us an email for an exchange and we'll swap it out for the perfect fit!

REFUND

Your refund will be processed back onto your original payment method minus a shipping fee.

Returns/Exchanges are processed within 2-7 business days after return has been received.
